Congress Extends Expanded Federal Tax Incentives for Conservation Easements

Tall Timbers Research Station & Land Conservancy is one of eighty land trusts nation wide applying for the inaugural year of the national Land Trust Accreditation Program. Overseeing the program is the Land Trust Accreditation Commission, an independent agency of the Land Trust Alliance. The program is designed to strengthen management of conservation land transactions and to promote public confidence in land trusts. With over 108,000 acres conserved in north Florida and southwest Georgia via donated conservation easements, Tall Timbers Land Conservancy is one of the largest regional land trusts in the South.
