Tractor Operator – Nonami Plantation (Albany, GA) Turner Enterprises Management, LLC About the Role Nonami Plantation, a premier private landholding in southwest Georgia, is seeking a full-time Tractor Operator. This entry-level role supports farm operations, land management, and occasional guest services. Housing is provided. Minimum Education
High school
Other Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED is required; one to three months of related experience and/or training is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus; proficiency with ATVs and UTVs is highly desirable. Firearms experience is required, with the ability to handle shotguns and rifles safely and confidently. Must have experience with horses and be able to ride horses during quail hunts. Ability to work long hours when needed, including weekends and holidays. This position requires the operation of vehicles, and you’ll need to possess a valid driver’s license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of employment. Your driving record will need to meet the standards and requirements of the Company and the Company’s insurance provider. You’ll need to present documentation establishing both identity and employment authorization within three days of hire pursuant to federal law.
