Description
Maintain and continue to beautify a property in order to provide an enjoyable wildlife and high quality recreational experiences for others. Oversee daily operations of private quail and high fence deer property. Accommodate guests and facilitate enjoyable experience. Follow Tall Timbers management guidelines. Prescribed fire experience. Tractor Experience and vehicle maintenance. Herbicide knowledge and application. High Fence repair and maintenance. Feeding released quail, deer and livestock. Raising quail and working with breeder deer. Woods work. Planting and maintaining fruit and nut trees and hedges. Fish pond management and feeding. Coordinate with outside vendors. Dog care. Minimal dog work.
Minimum Education
Associates Degree
Other Qualifications
Horse experience not required Some weekends depending on season and animal cycle Must have a desire to care for animals Hurricane cleanup and oversee as needed Ensure homes are prepared for owner and guest Coordinate lawn care Coordinate home maintenance as needed Meet with Tall Timbers and others regarding Conservation Easement and applicable cost share programs Maintain fire lines Check high fence Work with Plantation Security
